Reuben Steiger is the CEO of Millions of Us, a company dedicated to helping businesses understand and harness the power of virtual worlds and online communities.
Prior to founding Millions of Us, Steiger was the Evangelist for Linden Lab, creators of the 3-D virtual world Second Life. In that role, he was responsible for business development efforts and bringing the first wave of corporations and commercial developers into Second Life.
Until 2002, he was Chief Development Officer at OVEN Digital, where he helped build that company into the world's largest privately-owned Internet consultancy with 11 offices and 350 employees worldwide.
Steiger holds a BA in English Literature from Brown University and lives in Marin County with his wife and two young children.

Christian Lassonde is a veteran of the Massively Multiplayer Games industry with deep knowledge of the technology and economics involved in Online Virtual Worlds and their communities. In his role as President, Lassonde is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations at Millions of Us, including production and finance.
Lassonde came to Millions of Us from Linden Lab where he was the Program Manager in charge of core product development on Second Life and web development. Prior to Linden Lab, Lassonde was at LucasArts, a division of Lucasfilm, where he worked as a Lead Network Programmer on multiple titles including Republic Commando. He also held the post of Lead Programmer for Ultima Online at Origin Studios, a division of Electronic Arts. During his time at Origin, Lassonde released both Ultima Online: Third Dawn and Ultima Online: Lord Blackthorn's Revenge.
Lassonde holds Bachelors in Engineering Science and Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. He lives in Marin County with his wife and daughters.

Brian Dunbar has spent most of his career working at some of the world's most creative advertising agencies. Prior to joining Millions of Us, he was an Associate Partner at Goodby Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco and, before that, a Group Account Director and head of business development at DDB in Dallas.
Brian's career encompasses two decades of award-winning advertising and marketing experience across a variety of industries. Dunbar has worked with many marquee brands including American Airlines, E*TRADE, eBay, Saturn, Adobe, Frito Lay, and Budweiser. He has been a guest lecturer on branding and advertising at numerous universities including Stanford, UC Berkeley, Tulane, Texas A&M and the University of San Diego. He also worked with the Mayor of San Francisco to develop and promote SF Connect, a new volunteerism program that has attracted tens of thousands of volunteers for city programs and has become a model adopted by over 150 cities around the world.
Dunbar holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and attended the University of Michigan on a graduate fellowship to study and teach theatre. He lives in San Francisco.
